I'm currently on a break from PvP, but once I get my honor gear for the season, I Blacklist IoC and AV because they (objectively) don't have much PvP as the other maps. And I don't want 39 other teammates. I can't be the only Alliance who shares this point of view and most of the Horde are doing this. So why not take AV and IoC off the Random BG list...then you won't have so many Alliance queued into the battlegrounds that require so many people to fill a team?
